You (Foreigner) have: 1: Left from Japan within the past two years; 2: Not possessed Japanese citizenship; 3: Paid National Pension Insurance premiums and/or Employee Pension Insurance premiums for a minimum of six months; 4: No current place of residence in Japan (i.e., you have left Japan and cancelled your Alien Registration); and 5: Not qualified for pension benefits, including Disability Allowance.     Notes:   If you have not yet left Japan, but are planning to do so in the near future, and feel that you will become eligible for a Lump-sum Pension Refund, there is no need to wait in asking us to research your eligibility.
